Cam's Granola

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 250F.
- Mix together oats, nuts, wheat germ, brown sugar and cinnamon in a large bowl.
- In a small bowl mix together honey, vanilla and oil.
- Pour the honey mixture into the dry mixture and combine thoroughly.
- Spread the mixture into a large baking dish (like a lasagna or jelly roll pan) thinly so that it barely covers the dish.
- Bake at 250 F for 1 hour stirring every 15 minutes.
- Remove from oven and add raisins.
