Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 cups mixed nuts
  • 1/4 pound butter
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 cup sugar

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a jelly-roll pan.
  2. In a bowl, beat egg whites and sugar together until well combined.
  3. Add the mixed nuts to the melted butter in the pan.
  4. Pour the beaten egg whites and sugar mixture over the nuts and stir to coat evenly.
  5. Bake in a 325°F (160°C) oven for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
