Creamy, sweet peanut butter and vanilla balls coated in rich semi-sweet chocolate make these Candy Buckeyes a perfect, indulgent treat for parties and gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 18 oz. jar peanut butter
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 lb. confectioners sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 12 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate bits
  • 1/2 sq. paraffin

Instructions

  1. Cream butter, peanut butter, and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Blend in confectioners sugar and mix well.
  3. It is easiest to blend with hands.
  4. Form into quarter-sized balls and refrigerate while preparing the dip.
  5. Melt semi-sweet chocolate bits with paraffin.
  6. Dip the peanut butter balls into the melted chocolate and let set.
