Ingredients

  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/4 Tbsp. baking powder
  • 2 tsp. soda
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. cornmeal
  • 1/2 c. rolled oats
  • 2 c. buttermilk
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Sift all dry ingredients together.
  2. Combine buttermilk, sour cream, and eggs.
  3. Mix the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients until just combined.
  4. Cook on a lightly greased griddle until golden brown on both sides.
