Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups sifted flour
  • 1 1/2 cups peanut butter
  • 8 oz Hershey bar, melted
  • 2 tsp baking powder

Instructions

  1. Grease and flour a 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan.
  2. Combine and beat eggs, sugar, milk, and vanilla extract.
  3. Add sifted flour, baking powder, and salt; mix well for 2 minutes.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 18 to 20 minutes in a preheated oven.
  5. As soon as it's done, spread peanut butter on and cool.
  6. Melt Hershey Bar in a double boiler and spread on top.
