Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 2 Tbsp. milk

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, sugar, and salt directly in the pie pan.
  2. Add oil and milk; mix until just blended.
  3. Pat the dough evenly up the sides and bottom of the pie pan.
  4. Create ridges on top of the crust.
  5. Prick the crust with a fork if making a single crust pie.
  6. Bake at 370°F for 20 minutes.
