Ingredients

  • 1 12 cups finely chopped nuts
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 tablespoons oleo, melted
  • 4 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon instant coffee granules
  • 14 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Combine nuts, sugar, and oleo; press onto bottom of 9-inch spring-form pan.
  2. Bake at 325* for 10 minute Combine cream cheese, sugar and flour, mixing at medium speed with electric mixer until well blended.
  3. add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Blend in sour cream.
  5. Dissolve coffee granules and cinnamon in water.
  6. Cool; gradually add to cream cheese mixture, mixing until well blended.
  7. Pour over crust.
  8. Bake at 450*, 10 minutes, then reduce oven to 250* and continue baking 1 hour.
  9. Loosen cake from rim of pan; cool before removing rim of pan.
  10. Chill.
  11. Garnish with whipped cream and whole coffee beans, if desired.
