Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 12 vanilla caramel candies
  • 3/4 c. orange juice
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 4 large Rome apples

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a small bowl, combine flour and ground cinnamon.
  3. Core the apples and place them in a Reynolds oven cooking bag.
  4. Insert 3 vanilla caramel candies into each apple's core cavity.
  5. In a saucepan, heat orange juice and honey until warmed.
  6. Pour the orange juice mixture over the apples in the bag.
  7. Sprinkle the cinnamon-flour mixture over the apples.
  8. Seal the cooking bag and place it in a baking dish.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until apples are tender.
  10. Remove from oven, carefully cut open the bag, and serve warm.
