Delicious caramel pecan treats featuring crunchy pecans, soft caramel, and a chocolate swirl, perfect for sweet snacking or special occasions with rich, nutty flavors.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup small pecan halves
  • 36 light caramels
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate pieces

Instructions

  1. Grease a cookie sheet.
  2. Arrange pecans, flat side down, in a group of four on the prepared sheet.
  3. Place one caramel on each cluster of pecans.
  4. Heat in a 325°F oven for about 4 to 8 minutes or until the caramels soften.
  5. Remove from oven and with a buttered spatula, flatten the caramel over the pecans.
  6. Cool slightly, then remove from the pan to waxed paper.
  7. Swirl melted semi-sweet chocolate on top of each caramel pecan cluster.
  8. Allow to set before serving.
