Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 3/4 tsp. ground cardamom

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl with a mixer at low speed, beat all ingredients until mixed.
  2. Increase the mixer speed to medium.
  3. Beat until smooth.
  4. Serve with fruit.
