- Butter an 8-inch square pan and set aside.
- In a saucepan, combine butter, evaporated milk, sugar, and salt.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly, and cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
- Remove the saucepan from heat.
- Stir in mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, vanilla, and walnuts.
- Stir until the marshmallows are melted and mixture is smooth.
- Pour the fudge into the prepared pan.
- Allow to cool completely, then cut into pieces and serve.
