Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 2/3 c. evaporated milk
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. mini marshmallows
  • 1 1/2 c. chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. walnuts

Instructions

  1. Butter an 8-inch square pan and set aside.
  2. In a saucepan, combine butter, evaporated milk, sugar, and salt.
  3. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly, and cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
  4. Remove the saucepan from heat.
  5. Stir in mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, vanilla, and walnuts.
  6. Stir until the marshmallows are melted and mixture is smooth.
  7. Pour the fudge into the prepared pan.
  8. Allow to cool completely, then cut into pieces and serve.
