Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups unbleached white flour

  • 3/4 cup carob flour
  • 3/4 cup oil
  • 1 cup apple juice concentrate
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 2 cups milk (e.g., soy milk)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Oil a 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
  3. Combine all dry ingredients: unbleached white flour, whole wheat flour, salt, and carob flour.
