Ingredients

  • 1 box orange jello
  • 1 small carton cottage cheese
  • 1 small Cool Whip
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained

Instructions

  1. Mix the orange jello with boiling water according to package instructions and let it set partially in the refrigerator.
  2. Once slightly thickened, fold in the drained crushed pineapple, cottage cheese, and Cool Whip until well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into a serving dish and garnish with mandarin orange slices.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator until fully set before serving.
