Ingredients

  • 17 oz. can whole corn, drained
  • 1/2 stick butter, softened
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Grease the bottom and sides of a 2 1/2-quart baking dish with a portion of the softened butter.
  3. In a blender, blend all ingredients on high speed until smooth if using whole corn.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 35 minutes or until set and lightly golden on top.
