Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups sugar

  • 3 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 3 jars baby food carrots

Instructions

  1. Mix eggs, sugar, oil, flour, soda, salt, and cinnamon until well combined.
  2. Add the baby food carrots to the mixture and stir until evenly incorporated.
  3. Pour the batter into a greased pan.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
