Ingredients

  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 1/4 c. oil
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 (4 1/2 oz.) jars carrots (baby food)

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in bowl with spoon.
  2. Pour in a 17-inch cookie sheet pan and bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
  3. Frost with Cream Cheese Icing.
