- Blend margarine, shortening, sugar, eggs and carrots. Beat until smooth. Combine dry ingredients and stir into carrot mixture. Fold in raisins. Spread dough in greased 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan. Bake in 350° oven 30 to 35 minutes or until done and lightly browned. Cool and frost with cream cheese frosting. Cut into squares.
