Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 2 to 2 1/2 cups thinly sliced carrots

Instructions

  1. Melt butter or margarine in a heavy skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add thinly sliced carrots to the skillet.
  3. Sprinkle with a little salt.
  4. Stir the carrots and cover the skillet.
  5. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring once or twice and replacing the lid quickly.
  6. Test for doneness and serve immediately.
