Ingredients

  • 5-6 ripe tomatoes
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 10 basil leaves
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 10 twists of pepper
  • 6 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 1/2 pounds cooked macaroni

Instructions

  1. Marinate the tomatoes, garlic, and basil leaves for 1 hour.
  2. Add the cooked macaroni to the marinated ingredients.
  3. Serve the dish warm or chilled.
