Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow Jiffy cake mix
  • 4 oz. package vanilla instant pudding
  • 8 oz. Cool Whip
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 packages frozen strawberries

Instructions

  1. Bake the yellow Jiffy cake mix in a 9 x 13-inch pan according to the directions on the box and let it cool.
  2. In a bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Mix the vanilla instant pudding with 2 cups of milk until thickened.
  4. Fold the pudding into the cream cheese until well combined.
  5. Spread the pudding mixture evenly over the cooled cake.
  6. Thaw the frozen strawberries and layer them over the pudding mixture.
  7. Top with Cool Whip and refrigerate before serving.
