Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 2 cups cashews
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 1 medium red bell pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash and cut the cauliflower into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Marinate the cauliflower in Caesar dressing for at least two hours.
  3. Combine the marinated cauliflower with chopped green onions and red bell pepper.
  4. Just before serving, sprinkle cashews over the top.
