Ingredients

  • 4 slices bread, buttered
  • 1 (7 3/4 oz.) can salmon, flaked
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Butter 4 slices bread, cut or break into cubes.
  2. Flake salmon, combine with bread in buttered casserole.
  3. Beat egg slightly. Pour over bread and salmon and bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes or until done.
