Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 1 bunch broccoli
  • 2 pkg. breakfast bacon
  • 1 cup raisins
  • dash of sugar

Instructions

  1. Cut cauliflower and broccoli into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Cook bacon until crisp, then crumble into small pieces.
  3. Add raisins and a dash of sugar to the vegetables and bacon.
  4. Toss all ingredients together until evenly coated.
  5. Best if made the night before and refrigerated before serving.
