Ingredients

  • 5 large potatoes, sliced
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup mushrooms, chopped
  • 2 carrots, diced
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • bacon grease
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried red pepper
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Heat bacon grease in a large skillet.
  2. Add potatoes, onion, green pepper, mushrooms, carrots, and garlic.
  3. Fry until golden brown.
  4. Add salt, pepper, and dried red pepper.
  5. Pour in soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce.
  6. Cook until all ingredients are tender and well combined.
