Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. frozen cauliflower or 1 large head (fresh)
  • 1 large can peas, drained
  • 3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1/2 pt. sour cream
  • 3/4 c. Ritz crackers
  • 3 to 4 tsp. butter

Instructions

  1. Cook the cauliflower and drain well; drain the peas.
  2. Combine the cooked cauliflower, peas, Velveeta cheese, and sour cream in a mixing bowl.
  3. Pour the mixture into a buttered casserole dish.
  4. Top with Ritz crackers and dot with small pieces of butter.
  5. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 350°F until bubbly and golden.
