Ingredients

  • 2 large ripe bananas
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple, well drained
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped maraschino cherries
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 c. sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 can mandarin oranges

Instructions

  1. Mash the bananas with a fork and blend in the remaining ingredients.
  2. Stir well until combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into molds.
  4. Freeze until firm.
