Ingredients

  • 1 medium cauliflower (about 1 1/4 lb.)
  • 4 Tbsp. margarine or butter
  • 4 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp. dill weed
  • 1 garlic clove, pressed or 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Cook cauliflower flowerets in boiling water until tender or steam, then drain.
  2. Melt margarine or butter in a pan and add pressed garlic or garlic powder.
  3. Pour the garlic-infused butter over the cooked cauliflower in a casserole dish.
  4. Sprinkle dill weed, salt, and pepper over the cauliflower.
  5. Spread grated Parmesan cheese and Cheez Whiz evenly over the top.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
