Cauliflower 'N Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 4 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1/2 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 2/3 c. seasoned bread crumbs
  • 2/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook cauliflower until tender; drain.
  2. Place in greased casserole.
  3. In bowl, combine cheeses, crumbs and melted butter. Sprinkle mixture over cauliflower.
  4. Bake at 400° for 10 to 15 minutes or until bubbly.
