Cauliflower Pasta

Instructions
- In a large pot, saute garlic in oil. Do not let it brown. Pour in water, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil. Toss in cauliflower flowerets and pasta. Cook al dente.
- Add parsley and cheese. Allow to sit 1 minute before serving.
- Stir well to mix melted cheese throughout pasta.
