Ingredients

  • cauliflower
  • water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 clove garlic (optional)

Instructions

  1. Let the cauliflower stand in salted water for 20 to 30 minutes, then rinse.
  2. Cover the cauliflower with water in a pot, add salt and garlic if desired, and bring to a boil.
  3. Simmer for 20 to 25 minutes or until tests show it is tender.
