Ingredients

  • 6 hard-cooked eggs
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 12 oz black jar caviar

Instructions

  1. Cut the hard-cooked eggs in half lengthwise.
  2. Carefully remove the egg yolks and sieve them into a bowl.
  3. Blend the butter until smooth.
  4. Carefully stir in the caviar and a dash of pepper into the butter.
  5. Fill the egg white halves with the yolk mixture.
  6. Garnish with parsley, if desired.
