Ingredients

  • 6 large chicken breasts
  • 1 large onion
  • cayenne pepper to taste
  • garlic powder to taste
  • 2 cups grated cheese
  • picante sauce (mild)

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in a large pan and sprinkle with cayenne pepper and garlic powder.
  2. Cover the chicken with onion slices.
  3. Bake at 400°F until the chicken is cooked through.
  4. Spread picante sauce over the cooked chicken.
  5. Sprinkle grated cheese over the picante sauce.
  6. Return to the oven just until the cheese melts.
  7. Serve with nacho chips and salad.
