Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup water
  • fish fillets
  • 1 cucumber
  • paprika

Instructions

  1. Mix the cream of celery soup, milk, and water together in a bowl.
  2. Place the fish fillets in a baking pan and pour half of the soup mixture over them.
  3. Thinly slice the cucumber and place the slices on top of the fish.
  4. Pour the remaining soup mixture over the cucumbers and sprinkle with paprika.
  5. Bake in a hot oven at 400°F (200°C) for 20 minutes.
