Ingredients

  • 5 celery stalks with leaves
  • 1 c. flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • salt, pepper and oregano to taste
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Heat oil in skillet and fry until golden brown on both sides.
