Ingredients

  • 1 can salmon
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1 can celery soup
  • 4 eggs

Instructions

  1. Drain the salmon, season, and mash with a fork.
  2. Stir in the celery soup and heat the mixture.
  3. Remove from heat and add egg yolks one at a time, beating thoroughly after each addition.
  4. Fold in the beaten egg whites gently until well combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into a buttered casserole dish.
  6. Bake in a moderate oven for 1 hour.
  7. Place the casserole in a pan of water while baking.
