Ingredients

  • 10 c. broccoli flowerets
  • 5 c. cauliflower flowerets
  • 5 c. whole black olives, drained
  • 5 (6 oz.) artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 2 1/2 c. green onions, chopped
  • 3 1/3 c. Italian dressing
  • 5 c. mushrooms, sliced
  • 5 avocados, sliced

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients except the green onions, artichoke hearts, and avocados 24 hours before serving.
  2. Chill the mixture thoroughly.
  3. Just before serving, add chopped green onions, chopped artichoke hearts, and sliced avocados.
