Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1.5 cups chopped celery
  • 2 cans mushroom soup
  • 2 cans water
  • 2 envelopes George Washington broth or chicken broth
  • 1.5 cups cashews
  • 2 (5 oz) cans Chinese noodles

Instructions

  1. Mix chopped onion, chopped celery, mushroom soup, water, broth envelopes, cashews, and Chinese noodles in a bowl.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish.
  3. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour until heated through and bubbly.
