Creamy, flavorful Chalupa Dip combines refried beans, mashed avocados, sour cream, and fresh vegetables, making it perfect for parties, chips, or casual gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 2 large cans refried beans
  • 3 avocados
  • 1/2 lime (for juice)
  • salt
  • picante sauce to taste
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Spray a 9 x 13-inch pan with Pam.
  2. Layer refried beans and mashed avocados with lime juice, salt, and picante to taste, using about 2 1/2 cups of this mixture.
  3. Mix sour cream with mayonnaise.
  4. Spread the sour cream and mayonnaise mixture over the layered beans and avocados.
  5. Add a layer of chopped black olives.
  6. Add chopped green onions.
  7. Add chopped tomatoes.
  8. Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
