Ingredients

  • 1 pt. hulled, cleaned strawberries
  • 2 peeled, diced peaches
  • 3 peeled, sliced bananas
  • 1 c. diced cantaloupe
  • 1 c. diced honeydew
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 c. champagne
  • 1 qt. sherbet

Instructions

  1. Boil sugar and water until sugar dissolves.
  2. Place fruits in pretty bowl and pour hot syrup over all.
  3. Pour champagne over fruit.
  4. Cover and chill overnight.
