Ingredients

  • 4 skinned and boned chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup white wine or wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon tarragon
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard

Instructions

  1. Mix melted butter, soy sauce, white wine or vinegar, tarragon, and dry mustard together to make the marinade.
  2. Add the chicken breasts to the marinade and let them marinate for 3 hours or longer.
