Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
  • 1 (8.25 oz.) pkg. yellow cake mix
  • 1/3 c. mayo or salad dressing
  • 1 c. shredded carrots
  • 1 c. nut pieces (walnuts or pecans)
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • cream cheese frosting

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients well. Pour batter into a greased and floured 9-inch square pan. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
