Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 cups biscuit mix (Bisquick)
  • 2 cups grated cheese
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Combine biscuit mix and grated cheese in a bowl.
  2. Add milk and slightly beaten eggs, mixing just enough to moisten the mixture.
  3. Pour the batter into a greased and floured 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 55 minutes or until done.
  5. Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes.
  6. Remove the bread from the pan and serve warm.
