Ingredients

  • 2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 stick butter or margarine
  • 1 1/4 c. plain flour
  • 1/2 c. pecans, chopped fine
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Mix ingredients well.
  2. Roll into 2 logs on wax paper.
  3. Chill at least 2 hours before baking or just freeze to cut and bake later.
