Ingredients

  • 4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. minced onion
  • dash of hot pepper sauce
  • 1 (16 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni
  • 1 (2 oz.) jar sliced pimiento, drained
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped pimiento-stuffed olives

Instructions

  1. Beat the shredded Cheddar cheese together with 1/4 cup of mayonnaise, minced onion, mustard, and hot pepper sauce until well mixed.
  2. Cook the elbow macaroni according to package directions.
  3. Drain the cooked macaroni.
  4. Stir the cheese mixture into the hot macaroni.
  5. Let the macaroni mixture cool.
  6. Combine the drained sliced pimiento and chopped pimiento-stuffed olives with the cooled macaroni and cheese mixture.
  7. Stir everything together thoroughly.
