Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup salad dressing
  • cocktail sauce
  • 6 oz. can crabmeat

Instructions

  1. Mix the cream cheese and salad dressing well and form into a long roll.
  2. Flatten the roll to about 1 inch thickness.
  3. Cover the roll with cocktail sauce.
  4. Drain the crabmeat well and spread on top of the sauce.
  5. Serve with crackers, garnished on a bed of lettuce if desired.
