Ingredients

  • 4 oz. shredded sharp cheese
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • dash of red pepper

Instructions

  2. Shape the chilled dough into 1-inch balls and place them on an ungreased cookie sheet.
  3. Flatten each ball with a fork.
  4. Bake at 375°F for 10 to 12 minutes until golden.
