- Combine vanilla wafer crumbs and melted butter; press onto the bottom of a 9-inch spring-form pan.
- Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes.
- In a medium bowl, beat softened cream cheese, sugar, and milk with an electric mixer until well blended.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in chopped toasted Macadamia nuts.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the pan.
- Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
- Loosen the cake from the rim of the pan; cool before removing the rim.
- Chill the cheesecake thoroughly.
- Before serving, top with drained crushed pineapple and sliced kiwi.
