Ingredients

  • 1 loaf Pepperidge Farm or thin bread, crusts removed
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 stick melted butter
  • 1 cup sugar

Instructions

  1. Blend together cream cheese, egg yolk, vanilla, and 2 tablespoons of sugar until smooth.
  2. Spread the cheese mixture on a slice of bread and roll up.
  3. Roll the bread roll in melted butter.
  4. Then roll the bread roll in a mixture of 1 cup sugar and 1 tablespoon cinnamon.
  5. Freeze until ready to serve.
