- Mix softened cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and eggs until well combined.
- Pour the mixture over the wafers in the baking cups, filling about half to three-quarters full.
- Bake at 320°F (160°C) for 20 minutes.
- Refrigerate the cheesecakes until set.
- Add 1 tablespoon of cherry pie filling on top of each cheesecake before serving.
- Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
