Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 8 oz. grated Longhorn Cheddar cheese
  • 1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies

Instructions

  1. Grate the cheddar cheese.
  2. Put the cream of mushroom soup in a pot and heat on low.
  3. Add the grated cheese to the soup and stir until melted and smooth.
  4. Add the diced green chilies and stir well.
  5. Do not let the mixture boil.
  6. Serve when the mixture is thick and creamy.
